Paige Weimer M.S.W., L.S.W., Mental Health Therapist
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don't have to face it alone. My goal is to provide a warm, welcoming space where you feel safe to be yourself, share your experiences, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
Before becoming a therapist, I proudly served for seven years in the U.S. Army. That experience strengthened my resilience, leadership, and ability to remain calm and supportive during life's most challenging moments. Today, I bring those qualities into my work as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), combining them with a compassionate, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach to care.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, stress, and life transitions. I believe every person has unique strengths, and together we can build on those strengths while developing practical tools to help you feel more confident, connected, and empowered.
One of the most meaningful parts of being a therapist is witnessing the transformation that can happen when clients begin to safely process their experiences. I've seen individuals who once felt overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by past trauma, or stuck in unhealthy patterns begin to understand their stories in a new way, build resilience, and rediscover hope. Healing doesn't mean forgetting what you've been through—it means learning how to move forward without your past continuing to define your present. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they process difficult experiences, reconnect with their strengths, and create lasting, meaningful change.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, I look forward to partnering with you to create a treatment plan that is personalized to your goals and needs. My hope is that you leave each session feeling heard, understood, and supported, with renewed hope and practical strategies to help you move toward the life you want to build.
