Our practice, based in Lancaster, PA, has grown rapidly since its founding in 2019 and officially became a group practice in 2022. While we are anchored in Lancaster, we serve clients all across Pennsylvania, and some of our therapists who are licensed in other states provide telehealth sessions to clients in New York, New Jersey, and Delaware.

  Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive flat-rate hourly pay based on sessions completed each bi-monthly pay period—paid regardless of insurance claim processing.
