Madison Lansinger M.S., LAPC (Licensed Associate Professional Counselor)

Hi there, I’m Madison. I know that reaching out for support takes courage, and I want you to know that you’re not alone in whatever you’re experiencing. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported, without any judgment.

In our work together, I’ll meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply trying to make sense of things, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is rooted in humanistic and trauma-informed care, and I often integrate tools from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and emotion-focused therapy (EFT) to meet your unique needs.

I have specialized training in perinatal mental health, understanding the delicate balance between normal postpartum adjustment and mood disorders. This allows me to provide nuanced, individualized care that addresses both the emotional and clinical needs of new mothers.

I also work to dismantle the shame and stigma that can accompany maternal mental health challenges. I help mothers approach postpartum struggles with empathy, insight, and actionable strategies, creating an environment where healing and recovery are possible.

I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this journey, helping you reconnect with your sense of self, resilience, and inner strength.

I am able to see clients in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
