Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I bring extensive clinical experience rooted in years of work within high-acuity critical care environments. I earned my Bachelor of Science in nursing from The Pennsylvania State University and completed my Master of Science in Nursing at Wilkes University with a specialty in Psychiatric Mental Health.

My years in critical care have profoundly shaped the way I practice as a mental health clinician. Working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments strengthened my crisis management skills, sharpened my clinical judgment, and reinforced the importance of trauma informed care in every patient interaction. My background allows me to remain steady, thoughtful, and patient centered, particularly when supporting clients through acute stress, complex diagnosis, or emotionally difficult transitions.

I am committed to providing comprehensive, client-centered care, including:

  • Serving individuals ages 6 through adulthood across a wide range of mental health conditions.

  • Integrating evidence-based treatment options, including:

    • Medication management

    • Complementary and alternative therapies

    • Lifestyle and behavioral interventions

  • Building a collaborative therapeutic partnership where patients are active participants in developing their treatment plan.

  • Tailoring care to each person’s unique goals, ensuring that treatment aligns with their needs and supports their mental health journey.
