Clinical Therapist

You are the expert on your own life. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can unburden yourself, process your experiences, and reclaim your personal power.

I provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapy for adult clients, with a focus on women and LGBTQ+ adults, experiencing a wide range of mental health and life concerns. I work with clients experiencing anxiety disorders, depression and other depressive disorders, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder (BPD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, trauma- and stressor-related concerns, body image and self-esteem concerns, and difficulties with relationships, identity, and life transitions. I also support clients navigating grief, emotional regulation, self-worth, and the impact of social, cultural, and systemic experiences on their mental health and well-being.

My practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and an intersectional feminist approach. We’ll work collaboratively to understand the whole picture, identify unhelpful patterns, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and able to live authentically and on your own terms.
